Abstract

Copper Telluride may be used in numerous areas, including photonics, photothermic, and photovoltaics. So, the Cu2O/TiO2 thin film is generated using a CHI660D electro-chemical workstation by constantly presenting electric deposition in a three-electrode framework. The small, saturated, calomel electrode (SCE) is the reference electrode, and the TiO2/ITO thin film was used as the working electrode. X-ray diffraction experiments indicate that the compounds deposited are polycrystalline in nature with a framework of hexagonal crystals.
