Contamination of vegetables, with iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), nickel (Ni), chromium (Cr) and lead (Pb), and the subsequent phytoremediation, were determined at Jajmau areas of Kanpur City of Uttar Pradesh, where tannery wastewater is used for irrigating vegetables.
