Abstract

This paper deals and discuss about high frequency power generation using solid state transformer. The calculation of switching angles has been done by using MATLAB GA toolbox. The simulation of the power circuit has been done using MATLAB Simulink. For generating the trigger pulses using hardware implementation FPGA kit has been used. Experimental result has been found in close agreement with simulation results
