Abstract

Electronic Retailing is a retail format in which the retailer and the customers communicates with each other through an interactive electronic net work after an electronic dialogue between the retailer and the customers, the customer can take order merchandise directly through the interactive net work or by telephone and the merchandise is typically delivered to the customer’s home. Payment can be made with the help of credit card or debit card and cash on delivery. The main benefits to the customers include lower costs because the electronic retailer generally sells the goods at the discounted price. In electronic retailing customer can not examine the goods before pricing the orders Marketing is at the core of all business activities.
